each piece is made to order specifically for you to reduce waste and stay kind to the planet.

• order processing: 2-5 business days.
• shipping: 2-3 business days via tracked uk delivery.
• total wait: you can usually expect your club uniform within 7-10 working days.

• if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date you receive your items to notify us of a return.
• each piece is stitched specifically for you when you order. to help us stay sustainable and reduce waste, we ask that you double-check our size guide before purchasing. because we do not hold physical stock, we cannot offer direct exchanges.
• return shipping costs are the responsbility of the customer. we recommend using a tracked service.
• items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any dog hair (we love them, but our inventory doesn't!)
